SHIPPING

When will you ship my items?

  • All orders are subject to a handling and processing period before shipment, which is usually 2 - 3 business days.
  • You will then receive an email notification of shipment with tracking number provided.
  • Recent shipping delays caused by the Covid-19 virus outbreak has had an impact on our shipping time.
  • Please allow up to a month for your item to arrive.
  • We are constantly trying to find a faster shipping option to improve our customer's overall experience with pennpalbots and this is one of our core business goals. 

How long is shipping time during the Covid-19 virus pandemic?

  • Please allow up to 18-21 days for shipping for delivery to the United States and the United Kingdom.
  • In most cases you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on your location and current shipping volume.
  • Please allow up to 18-21 days for for delivery to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries.
  • Please allow up to 21-30  days for delivery to the rest of the world.

    I made a mistake on my shipping address. What can I do?

    • Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. 
    • Contact us at info@penpalbots.com right away and we may be able to update your shipping address if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
    • PenPalBots cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address. 

    My country charges import/custom taxes. Who pays this charge?

    • In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes to be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
    • PenPalBots.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

    Where do the items come from?

    • We use a 3rd-party freight fulfilment company to handle our shipping and returns, and they have warehouse in the USA, Australia, China, Europe and the United Kingdom. We try to have stock on hand in most major shipping destinations, but sometimes need to ship from other locations if order volume is high. 

    Will my items be sent in one package?

    • Yes. Your items will be packed securely with everything you need to get started in one convenient package. 

     Do you ship outside the United States?

    • Yes! We ship to most major locations worldwide. Please contact us at info@penpalbots.com if your country is not available at checkout.

    ORDER MANAGEMENT

    Can I cancel my order?

    • Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

    Why don't I see the same deal on your website that I saw advertised on Facebook?

    • Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.

    How do you determine your comparison price?

    • We get these prices from our wholesalers and from competitor analysis.
